Yes. Need a moment to catch your breath? In the Chill Area, you can relax, recharge, and enjoy a snack and a drink at your own pace.

We use a digital payment system to make your experience safe, fast, and easy. Upon entry, you will receive a wristband with a QR badge. Scan the QR code on your wristband to purchase tokens or a locker. This is also where you will find the timetable, floor plan, and other essential festival information.

How it works:

1. Receive your wristband at the entrance.
2. Scan the QR code on the band using your phone’s camera app.
3. Purchase tokens or a locker and pay using standard online payment methods such as iDEAL or PayPal.
4. Scan your wristband at the bar to pay for your order.

Please note: Do you have digital tokens left over? You can request a refund for your remaining balance up to 12 hours after the event. After this window closes, it is no longer possible to return tokens for a refund.

We operate a deposit system for all cups, cans, and bottles issued at our bars. Together, we keep the venue clean and contribute to the environment by ensuring materials are reused or recycled.

How it works:

Entry: You will receive one free digital recycle token in your online payment account upon arrival.

Ordering: When placing your first order (or returning your previous empty cup), this digital recycle token is automatically processed at the bar.

Lost your cup, can, or bottle? You will be charged an additional 0.5 token for your next drink.

Lost something? Please visit the locker desk for lost and found items on-site. Within 3-5 days after the event, all recovered items will be posted on iLost.

Yes, a professional First Aid station is available on-site. If you are unsure if someone needs medical assistance, please notify a member of our crew immediately.

If you need to bring medication, please ensure you have a valid doctor’s statement with you. Without an official medical certificate, medication will unfortunately not be allowed inside. Security will conduct checks at the entrance.

Yes. Earplugs are available for purchase at the merchandise stand.

A strict Zero Tolerance policy applies at Vroeger Was Alles Beter Festival. The possession or use of drugs and other controlled substances is strictly prohibited. This also applies to soft drugs. Security will perform checks at the entrance and throughout the grounds. If prohibited substances are found, entry will be denied, and depending on the quantity, the police may be notified.

No, it is not permitted to bring liquids into the event. Security will perform bag and body searches.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and within tents. Please note: cigarettes are not sold at the event.

The use of digital cameras, video cameras, and action cams (such as GoPro) is not allowed. However, you are permitted to take photos and videos with your mobile phone. Professional photo, video, or audio equipment is only allowed with prior press accreditation. If you have not received official permission via email, you may not bring professional equipment onto the grounds.

Promotion is prohibited on and around the event site. This will be strictly enforced. For promotional opportunities, please contact the organization.

Press and media outlets can submit a request via our contact form. Professional equipment is only permitted following approved accreditation.

Entrance tickets are available in our ticket shop.

Yes, lockers are available for purchase in our ticket shop.

Yes. If you can’t make it to the event, you can easily and safely sell your tickets via TicketSwap, even if your tickets haven’t been sent out yet.

How it works:

1. Open your confirmation email from Paylogic.
2. Click on “Manage Order”.
3. Go to “More Actions”.
4. Choose “Sell on TicketSwap”.
5. Follow the steps on the TicketSwap website.

Yes, you can have your ticket scanned from your mobile device or on paper.

Printing: Please use A4 format; a color print is not required.
Mobile: If you are scanning from your phone, please set your screen brightness to maximum to ensure the QR code is easily readable at the entrance.

No, it is not possible to request a refund. If you still wish to part with your ticket, please sell it safely via TicketSwap.
